If you are not satisfied with your shoes, you can return your unworn shoes within 10 days and we will pay the return freight for one return from the original order. This means that if you ordered 2 pairs on one order and needed to return both pairs, they must be returned at the same time.
Our free return policy applies to unused or defective merchandise only. Shoes that have been worn are not refundable unless they are defective.
